About the role
PS Category Operations Team drives worldwide demand forecasting for HP Personal Systems. The Demand Planner forecasts demand for Workstations, Cloud Clients and Point of Sales, loads plans, aligns to fiscal and calendar shipments, and manages component connect rates to maximize forecast accuracy and minimize excess. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and Praha, Czechia, on-site locations.
What you’ll do
- Load demand plan for assigned products
- Align forecasts to fiscal and calendar quarter shipment goals
- Align demand plan to product life cycle
- Manage connect rates for key components and sub‑assemblies
- Ensure high forecast accuracy while meeting above objectives
What you’ll bring
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience in high complexity global supply chain environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience analyzing large data sets
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
