About the role
PS Category Operations Team's ACS Demand Planning Team forecasts worldwide demand for HP Personal Systems. The Demand Planner loads forecasts, aligns them to fiscal and calendar shipment goals, and manages component connect rates to maximize order conversion and minimize excess. Role based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico and Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Load demand plan for assigned products
- Align forecasts to fiscal and calendar quarter shipment goals
- Align demand plan to product life cycle
- Manage connect rates for key components and sub‑assemblies
- Ensure high forecast accuracy while meeting above objectives
What you’ll bring
- Experience in high complexity global supply chain environment
- Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field
- Experience analyzing large data sets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
