What you’ll do
- Lead monthly S&OP cycle across regions
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
- Coordinate with commercial teams for forecast inputs
- Drive digital transformation of planning tools
- Ensure system adherence and change management
- Own end-to-end demand plan and monitor forecast accuracy
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain
- Proven ability to manage S&OP processes
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Experience with digital planning platforms
- Ability to collaborate with commercial and supply functions
- Leadership experience mentoring junior planners
