Supply Demand Management Planner

About the role

Apple seeks an India Operations Supply Demand Planner to serve as the liaison between headquarters, India operations, and OEM partners. This role develops end-to-end product demand and supply plans for iPhone lines across 80+ countries. The position is based in India.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the voice of Apple’s worldwide customers to production and operations teams in India
• Act as liaison between Apple’s headquarters and Apple’s India Operations team and OEM partners
• Develop, communicate, and complete end-to-end product demand and supply plans
• Manage plans across all channels of distribution in over 80 countries for iPhone product lines
• Troubleshoot and root cause results from thousands of intersections of data

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years of prior experience in Sales & Operation with supply and demand planning
• Working understanding of outstanding supply chain practices
• Strong problem solving capabilities and business savviness
• Bachelors Degree from a reputed school

Nice to have

• MBA preferred
• APICS certification is a plus
• Broad knowledge of ERP and supply chain optimization industry tools such as SAP
• Six Sigma Black Belt is plus
• Experience in crafting and using applications such as Tableau is preferred
