Analyst/Sr Analyst Global HR Operations

About the role

Global HR Operations team at MUFG delivers end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The Analyst/Sr Analyst manages leave of absence cases, supports severance and involuntary exits, maintains HR data integrity, ensures compliance, and drives process improvements while collaborating with employees, managers and COEs worldwide. Bengaluru, India, 3 days onsite, hybrid schedule for global time zones as needed.

What you’ll do

• Administer end‑to‑end employee leave cases and provide guidance
• Support payroll input and employee data changes in HR systems
• Prepare and process severance documentation ensuring compliance
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation
• Ensure activities align with policies, procedures and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Build relationships with employees, managers and COEs
• Collaborate across regions to promote consistency

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years HR experience
• Experience with leave of absence administration
• Experience handling severance and involuntary exits
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Process improvement and operational excellence experience
• Stakeholder management across regions
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus
