About the role
Global HR Operations team at MUFG delivers end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The Analyst/Sr Analyst manages leave of absence cases, supports severance and involuntary exits, maintains HR data integrity, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance. Bengaluru, India, 3 days onsite, hybrid schedule for global time zones; Spanish, Portuguese or French fluency is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end employee leave cases
- Support payroll input and employee data changes
- Administer involuntary terminations and severance packages
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with regional HR COEs and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 3-7 years HR experience
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French preferred
