About the role

Global HR Operations team at MUFG delivers end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. The Analyst/Sr Analyst manages leave of absence cases, supports severance and involuntary exits, maintains HR data integrity, and drives process improvements while collaborating with employees, managers, and COEs worldwide. Bengaluru, India, 3 days onsite, hybrid work model for global time‑zone coverage.

What you’ll do

• Administer end‑to‑end employee leave cases and provide guidance
• Process severance documentation and coordinate terminations
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
• Support internal and external HR audits and compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with regional HR COEs and stakeholders
• Produce HR documentation and manage records
• Support reporting and analysis initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years HR operations experience
• Experience managing employee leave of absence
• Experience handling severance and involuntary exits
• Proficiency with HRIS data maintenance
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Process improvement and operational excellence background
• Stakeholder management across regions
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French (advantage)
