About the role

Global HR Operations team at MUFG delivers end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. The Analyst/Sr Analyst manages leave of absence cases, supports severance and involuntary exits, maintains HR data integrity, and drives process improvements while collaborating with employees, managers and COEs worldwide. Bengaluru, India, 3 days onsite, hybrid remote for remaining days.

What you’ll do

• Administer end‑to‑end employee leave cases and provide guidance
• Support payroll input and employee data changes in HR systems
• Prepare and process severance documentation ensuring compliance
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders globally
• Support internal and external HR audits
• Communicate confidentially with employees and managers

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years HR operations experience
• Experience with leave of absence administration
• Experience handling severance and involuntary exits
• Proficiency in HRIS data management
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Process improvement and operational excellence background
• Stakeholder management across regions
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French advantageous
