About the role
Responsible for operating production equipment in line with SOPs, ensuring EHS compliance, quality control, and machine upkeep. Supports Kaizen, 5S, housekeeping, and coordination across teams. Requires knowledge of monolithic/precast production, crane and mixer operation, pneumatic systems, and basic drafting skills.

- Ensure quality control and EHS compliance
- Maintain machine health and housekeeping
- Participate in Kaizen and 5S initiatives
- Coordinate with departments and allocate manpower
- Manage general store and 5S
