About the role

SAP Global Services India team provides critical SAP support for automotive and aerospace customers. The specialist delivers user and authorization management across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, handling first and second‑level tickets, executing admin tasks, and integrating changes across systems. Pune, India, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

• Provide application and authorization support for SAP solutions
• Handle first and second level user support via ticket system, email, and phone
• Execute administrative activities and authorization changes
• Collaborate on international authorization projects and technical integration
• Act as key contact for functional and technical requirements
• Analyze requirements and translate into development tasks

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years SAP ERP experience
• Hands‑on with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA
• Experience coding and implementing interfaces to SAP systems
• Strong communication and technical point‑of‑contact skills
