SAP Authorization and Security Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies seeks an SAP Authorization and Security Specialist in Bangalore, India. This role supports S/4HANA conversions and rollouts by managing security perspectives, including impact assessment, role remediation, and authorization optimization. The position involves configuring SAP GRC, Fiori security, and identity services while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. It is a full-time, on-site position.

What you’ll do

• Support SAP S/4HANA system conversion activities from a security perspective
• Analyze and redesign SAP ECC roles to align with S/4HANA authorization concepts
• Design and adapt roles for new organizational structures during rollout projects
• Maintain single, derived, and composite roles using PFCG
• Implement SAP Fiori security including catalogs and OData service authorization
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and remediation
• Configure SAP GRC modules including ARA, ARM, and EAM
• Configure SAP IAS and IPS for authentication and provisioning

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC
• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent technical degree
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion and rollout
• Proficiency in PFCG for role maintenance
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules
• Understanding of SAP Fiori security concepts
