About the role

Digital Advanced Solutions (ADS) team at Bekaert focuses on digital innovation, cyber resilience, and intelligent automation. As Technical Lead GRC & Authorizations you will design and implement SAP security solutions, guide architecture standards, and ensure compliance across SAP S/4HANA, SaaS, and related platforms. Bangalore, India, on-site role with occasional travel to partner sites.

What you’ll do

Define architecture guidelines and standards for SAP GRC
Design and implement security solutions for SAP landscapes
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams on security reviews
Lead audits, advisory work, and rollout of authorizations
Coordinate with internal controls and partner resources for compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents and customer issues

What you’ll bring

8 years SAP Security & GRC experience
3+ years security design
SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC AC 12.0
GRC 12.0 Access request management
Understanding of SoX, GDPR, ITGC
SAP S/4HANA security certification (plus)
