About the role
Security & GRC Program Management at Coupa Software drives the design and delivery of security and access management solutions across the engineering organization. The Senior Technical Program Manager defines milestones, allocates resources, tracks progress, and reports KPIs to executive leadership while automating governance processes and ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Pune, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Define and scale multiple security programs with clear milestones and success criteria
- Lead technical project planning and oversight across engineering and cloud operations
- Collect and document business and operational requirements for governance automation
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, impediments, and issues
- Create reporting dashboards and KPIs for executive visibility
- Advocate and implement tooling to improve traceability and transparency
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years managing technical security, risk, or compliance projects
- Experience with SaaS, AWS, GCP
- Deep knowledge of NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001 frameworks
- Proven ability to plan and manage complex release cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
