What you’ll do
- Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, social media
- Align lead generation with marketing objectives
- Qualify leads from inbound/outbound sources
- Understand sustainability and energy conservation
- Research and define key targets with Sales, Marketing, Originations
- Analyze performance and review ongoing efforts
- Communicate with customers and cross‑functional teams
- Make daily cold calls to new accounts
- Maintain pipeline and engage sales executives
- Analyze market trends for new opportunities
- Improve sales techniques and product knowledge
What you’ll bring
- Proven inside sales or telemarketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to turn objections into opportunities
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Basic industry and product knowledge
- Willingness to work 7 pm–4 am IST
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 or US‑based hospital systems
- Familiarity with building, facilities, or energy sectors
