Client Services team at Clearwater Analytics delivers operational support and builds strong relationships with global clients. Analysts manage client inquiries on investment accounting, provide accurate financial statement information, and perform operational tasks such as account setup and reconciliation validation. What you’ll do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting and financial markets
• Deliver timely and accurate information for financial statements and analytics reporting
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation
• Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance user experience
• Validate investment data against third‑party market sources using internal tools
• Navigate knowledge base and documentation to proactively solve client queries
• Prioritize workflow based on productivity and quality metrics
• Take on long‑term projects involving collaboration with internal teams

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Basic understanding of investment accounting and financial statements
