What you’ll do
- Handle full‑cycle US IT recruitment from sourcing to placement
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed and other job portals
- Screen candidates for technical and communication fit
- Coordinate with US hiring managers and clients
- Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and follow‑ups
- Negotiate pay rates and secure candidate commitment
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years US IT recruitment experience
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of US hiring tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience with direct client, MSP, VMS models
- Ability to work night shift (US hours)
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
