About the role

Raks IT Solutions’ Recruiting team drives talent acquisition for US clients, sourcing, screening, and hiring W2/Contract/C2H candidates across tech domains. The Sr US IT Recruiter manages end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, leveraging Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools like Oorwin and Ceipal, while coordinating with stakeholders and delivering regular reports. Based in Warangal, the role requires onsite presence five days a week, aligning with US EST timings.

What you’ll do

• Source and screen candidates via multiple portals
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Prepare and present recruiting reports
• Conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews
• Utilize assessment tools for candidate evaluation
• Maintain candidate communication from application to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years IT staffing experience
• Expertise in US time zone recruiting
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Oorwin, Ceipal)
• Strong head‑hunting and talent mapping skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of W2/Contract/C2H hiring
• Experience with skill assessment tools
• Proficiency in MS Office
