About the role

SR&ED Team at RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited focuses on delivering tax credit and incentive solutions for clients. The Senior Associate develops client relationships, researches and writes tax advice, and manages multiple SR&ED projects including accounting methods and credit studies. Hyderabad, on-site role with occasional client travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Research and write tax advice, opinion, and position memorandums
• Develop functional expertise in client businesses and maintain client relationships
• Assist in managing and implementing SR&ED projects, including data gathering and analysis
• Stay current with industry regulations and obtain relevant certifications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality client service

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years SR&ED tax credit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax or related field
• Proficiency with TaxPrep/iFirm and MS Office
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
