About the role
Seeking an energetic US IT Technical Recruiter to join our Chennai team. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, collaborating closely with sales and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions. The recruiter will build and maintain a robust candidate database, source talent across job boards and social media, and manage phone and in-person interviews. Responsibilities include verifying references, coordinating background checks, and negotiating offers. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in agency and corporate recruiting, familiarity with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring, and a strong grasp of US labor and visa regulations. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to developing recruiting strategies are essential. This full‑time position requires working US business hours from Chennai and offers an opportunity to shape the growth of our technical talent pipeline.
