- Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct structured phone/video interviews and evaluate resumes
- Maintain accurate ATS tracking and move candidates through stages
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Track and meet daily outreach, connect, and placement metrics
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years US recruitment experience
- High‑volume hiring background
- Strong US hiring practices knowledge
- Excellent English communication
