What you’ll do
- Source and engage large candidate pools via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct phone and video interviews assessing skills and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate ATS tracking and move candidates through interview stages
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Track and exceed daily recruitment KPIs
What you’ll bring
- 2 years US recruitment experience
- High‑volume hiring background
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices and time zones
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Ability to work night shift aligned with US Pacific Time
