US Non-IT BDM & Recruiter

About the role

Activesoft is hiring for its US Staffing team in Hyderabad to drive business development and recruitment operations. The roles involve generating new business with direct clients, managing revenue targets, and leading end-to-end non-IT recruitment processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located near Nagole Metro.

What you’ll do

• Develop new business with Direct Clients and Partners
• Manage client relationships and revenue targets
• Lead and mentor recruitment teams
• Drive placements and business growth
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, offers, and joining
• Maintain candidate relationships
• Meet recruitment targets

What you’ll bring

• Strong US Staffing BD experience
• Established client/partner relationships
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication

Nice to have

• 5–9 years experience for BDM role
• 2–4 years experience for Recruiter role
• Experience in IT & Non-IT domains
• Excellent English communication
