About the role
Design Coordination SBU at Adani Group leads end‑to‑end integration of architecture, structural and MEP designs, ensuring buildability, compliance and cost alignment. The Head defines requirements, runs gate reviews, manages design change governance and supports construction through BIM coordination and RFI resolution. Mumbai office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define and maintain project requirements and technical standards
- Run design coordination meetings and stage‑gate reviews
- Ensure authority‑aligned, submission‑ready drawings and specifications
- Review shop drawings, samples and mockups, manage deviation approvals
- Drive value engineering and quantify cost‑schedule impacts
- Control design changes through governance processes
- Coordinate BIM expectations and document control
- Support construction progress by clarifying RFIs and protecting design intent
