About the role

Quality Management Office at Adani Group oversees regional quality governance, compliance, and continuous improvement for construction projects. The SBU Head leads quality standards implementation, vendor audits, and QMS deployment while training site teams and driving cost‑effective quality performance. Mumbai, India, on-site role with occasional travel to project sites.

What you’ll do

Ensure strict adherence to quality norms across regional projects
Conduct vendor and contractor evaluations for compliance
Implement and oversee quality control frameworks and QMS
Oversee regional quality reporting and audit documentation
Develop and enforce corrective and preventive action plans
Collaborate with design, construction, and workmanship teams
Conduct training and orientation for site QA/QC teams
Manage quality budgets and track cost impacts

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
15-18 years of experience
ISO Auditor Certification
Project Management Office Certification
On‑site QA/QC experience in real estate or construction
