About the role

Procurement Head at Colliers International UK, leading procurement strategy for large-scale projects in Noida and Mumbai. Drives cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance while mentoring a cross-functional procurement team. Coordinates with project managers to ensure timely material and service delivery for civil, MEP, and specialized projects. Works onsite in India with a focus on vendor and contract management.

What you’ll do

• Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals
• Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions
• Lead and mentor procurement team ensuring efficiency and governance
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate high-value contracts, prices, and terms
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Collaborate with project management teams to align procurement with schedules and budgets
• Ensure timely availability of materials, services, and resources
• Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations
• Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain transparency and governance in all procurement processes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Engineering
• 5+ years procurement experience in construction/engineering
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with cost optimization and sustainability initiatives
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of procurement compliance and risk management
