Head of Supply Chain & Procurement- Hiring for our Portfolio Company
What you’ll do
- Lead national procurement operations with pharma partners
- Negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms
- Build scalable, compliant, tech-enabled supply chain
- Forecast demand and manage replenishment across regions
- Implement end-to-end visibility systems
- Optimize working capital cycles and inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Manage relationships with pharma, distributors, logistics
- Set SLAs and governance for vendor performance
- Drive process improvement and digital tool integration
- Build and lead procurement and logistics team
- Represent startup with external partners
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years in healthcare supply chain or procurement
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management
- Experience with working capital and regulatory compliance
