The Head defines and executes supply chain strategies, partners with technology and finance teams to embed digital tools, and drives cost‑optimization while maintaining service excellence. What you’ll do

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end supply chain strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Lead procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and last‑mile delivery operations
• Design and optimize delivery networks to improve speed and customer satisfaction
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining service levels
• Implement digital tools, automation, and analytics for visibility and decision‑making
• Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and apply data‑driven improvements
• Collaborate with technology, finance, and operations to align strategies
• Mentor and build high‑performing supply chain and logistics teams

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years supply chain leadership
• experience with last‑mile delivery networks
• inventory and warehouse management expertise
• proficiency with ERP/WMS/TMS systems
• strong analytical and data‑driven decision making
• vendor negotiation and partnership management
• ability to lead large cross‑functional teams
• track record of scaling operations in high‑growth environments
