The Head of Procurement defines sourcing strategies, negotiates high‑value contracts, and drives cost‑saving initiatives while collaborating with finance, legal, IT and business leaders. Based in Chennai, India, on‑site role with senior leadership responsibilities and opportunity to shape procurement automation and governance.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive indirect procurement strategy
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing, RFP/RFQ, negotiations and vendor onboarding
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
• Implement supplier performance KPIs and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with finance, legal and business units for compliance
• Oversee budget planning, spend analysis and cost optimization
• Mentor and develop procurement team members

What you’ll bring

• 14+ years progressive procurement experience
• Leadership of indirect procurement for software, SaaS, cloud and services
• Negotiated complex enterprise contracts
• Managed procurement platforms, ERP and spend analytics tools
• Led cross‑functional sourcing initiatives
