About the role
Infrastructure Design Team at WSP focuses on delivering sustainable highway and drainage solutions. The Principal BIM Technician leads BIM‑compliant CAD workflows, mentors junior staff, and ensures design quality across multiple projects using Civil 3D, Microstation and Navisworks. Bengaluru, India, hybrid work model with occasional travel to Mumbai.
What you’ll do
- Assist CAD technicians in technical analysis
- Analyse ground data and prepare base maps
- Prepare graphic representations of road plans, profiles and sections
- Design highway, roadway and detour paths including signage
- Mentor junior staff and take line‑management responsibilities
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Civil
- 8-10 years highway design experience
- Experience working with other cultures
- English spoken and written
- French spoken and written (plus)
