About the role
US-GCC T&I Team at WSP designs and delivers civil highways engineering drawings using Autodesk and Bentley platforms. The Principal BIM Technician leads CAD/BIM production, creates templates, ensures standards compliance, and coordinates with US design teams to meet schedule, quality, and budget goals. Noida, India, hybrid work model with collaboration across Mumbai and Bengaluru offices.
What you’ll do
- Lead preparation of engineering drawings using WSP CAD standards
- Develop CAD/BIM templates and libraries
- Maintain document control and workflow alignment
- Create detailed civil highways drawings in Microstation, OpenRoads Designer, and Civil 3D
- Provide technical support and guidance to CAD/BIM technicians
- Manage production delivery for multiple US projects
- Coordinate with US CAD lead and local design teams
- Audit adherence to WSP quality processes
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B Tech Civil Engineering
Nice to have
- 15 years of civil/highways BIM experience
- Proficiency in Microstation and OpenRoads Designer
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and Revit
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Project and team management experience
- Knowledge of highway engineering principles
- MS Office proficiency
