About the role
Reverse Logistics Operations team at Maersk GSC (India) leads the end‑to‑end returns and reverse logistics for high‑value technology products. The Lead oversees air freight return shipments, SAP transaction processing, warehouse and inventory management, and drives continuous improvement while managing a 25‑30 member team. Chennai, India, on‑site with a 6 PM‑3 AM shift schedule, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Oversee end‑to‑end return shipments via air freight
- Manage SAP transaction processing and inventory movement
- Coordinate carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL
- Lead daily operations, KPI achievement and team coaching
- Drive root cause analysis and process optimization
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years reverse logistics and air freight
- 2+ years people management of 25‑30 staff
Nice to have
- SAP MM/WM/EWM knowledge
- Experience with RMA and inventory reconciliation
