Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

Axis Bank’s Branch Banking team in Gurugram seeks a Branch Relationship Officer to drive deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The role involves cross-selling financial products, managing existing portfolios, and acquiring new customers through referrals and visits. This is an on-site position based in Gurugram.

What you’ll do

• Offer solutions and cross-sell retail banking and third-party products
• Achieve assigned monthly business budgets consistently
• Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
• Promote bank products via marketing activities and customer visits
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Handle customer queries to ensure resolution without complaints
• Follow all regulatory, legislative, and audit compliance guidelines
• Maintain daily CRM entries for customer interactions

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• 2 - 4 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
• Ability to sell financial products and negotiate
