About the role
Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit growth. What you’ll do
- Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
- Achieve monthly business budgets
- Generate referrals and leads for new customers
- Promote bank products through marketing activities and visits
- Process customer transactions and service requests accurately
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Complete mandatory certifications and training
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years banking experience
- Graduation or Post‑Graduation
- Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
- Proven sales and cross‑selling track record
- Excellent communication skills
