About the role

Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit mobilization. The Branch Relationship Officer delivers financial solutions, cross‑sells products, and builds relationships through customer visits and referrals. Role based in Hyderabad, on‑site at the branch, with a focus on meeting business budgets and ensuring compliance.

What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
• Engage existing customers to increase deposits and product uptake
• Generate referrals and leads through customer visits and marketing activities
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Promote digital banking channels such as Internet, mobile and WhatsApp banking
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Complete mandatory certifications and training programs
• Document customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years banking experience
• Graduation or Post‑Graduation from recognized institute
• Knowledge of KYC, AML and banking regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and cross‑selling ability
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Fluency in English and local language
