About the role

What you’ll do
- Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
- Achieve monthly business budgets and generate new customer referrals
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Promote digital banking channels such as Internet and mobile banking
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with audit requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years banking experience
- Graduation or Post‑Graduation
- Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
