Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

Axis Bank seeks a Branch Relationship Officer in Giridih to drive deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The role involves cross-selling retail products, managing existing portfolios, and processing transactions with high accuracy. This is an on-site position requiring 2-4 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Offer solutions and cross-sell bank’s retail banking and third-party products
• Achieve assigned business budgets for deposits and sales monthly
• Generate referrals and leads for new customers through visits and activities
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Handle customer queries and provide correct solutions to prevent complaints
• Follow all regulatory compliance guidelines and audit requirements
• Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system
• Complete mandatory certifications and training activities conducted by the bank

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience
