About the role

As a Sales Manager for DSA Business Loans in Moradabad, you will lead a team of executives and Direct Selling Agents to source business, meet top-line targets, launch products, and manage end-to-end loan processes from login to disbursement. The role involves cross-selling, channel partner acquisition, customer satisfaction, fraud risk minimization, and training, operating on-site in Moradabad.
What you’ll do
- Achieve top-line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams (DSA) and nurturing relationships with bank DSAs
- Cross-sell other products to existing customers
- Conduct sales promotion activities through DSA and Sales Executives in the open market, including expos and events
- Launch new products in the market
- Ensure key customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service
- Handle end-to-end product activities from login to disbursement
- Liaise with Credit, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth process flows
- Acquire channel partners such as Connectors and DSAs for sourcing products
What you’ll bring
- Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
