Analytics & AI Lead, Growth, CLM, Sr. Manager/DGM, SMB

About the role

Growth & CLM Analytics & AI team builds the data and intelligence backbone for Paytm Payments Services. The lead owns end‑to‑end analytics, designs dashboards, and creates AI‑driven workflows using Python, LLMs and automation to accelerate growth. Works closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Risk and Operations teams in Delhi NCR, on‑site, to drive data‑driven decisions and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end analytics for Growth & CLM initiatives
• Convert data to insights, tracking and optimization pipelines
• Design dashboards and performance monitoring frameworks
• Build AI‑driven workflows to replace manual reporting
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enable data‑driven decisions
• Drive experimentation, measure impact and continuously optimize business performance

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years analytics or data science experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands‑on AI/ML, LLMs, or Agentic AI
• Dashboard and reporting framework development
• Fintech or payments domain exposure

B.Tech/M.Tech from Tier 1 college
