What you’ll do
- Define long‑term AI and analytics strategy for EY Insights
- Own product roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of AI solutions
- Develop predictive models, ML pipelines, and LLM‑enabled applications
- Establish MLOps standards and ensure alignment with governance
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable products
- Mentor and grow the AI and Applied Analytics team
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience in AI/ML and applied analytics
- Hands‑on MLOps and Azure AI services
- Building and scaling AI products in enterprise environments
- Leading multidisciplinary data science and engineering teams
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and RAG solutions
