About the role

AI Neobank App team at Bjak builds AI-native financial services. Engineers design and deploy AI-powered workflows, assistants and automation across customer support, onboarding and operations, turning manual processes into scalable systems. Remote, candidates must be based in India, English required.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and assistants
• Integrate LLMs with internal data and APIs
• Collaborate with product and engineering to automate manual processes
• Develop evaluation, monitoring and fallback mechanisms for AI outputs
• Prototype, test with users and productionize AI solutions
• Improve speed, quality and consistency of AI workflows

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years Python backend development
• Experience with LLM APIs and agents
• Build AI-powered workflows
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics and monitoring
• Fintech or insurance domain experience
• Integrate AI with APIs and data
• Strong judgment on AI vs rule-based solutions
• Comfort with messy real-world data
