About the role

IVR AI Analytics team drives AI-powered analytics and reporting for IVR Conversational systems. The Senior Manager leads a product management group, sets strategy, oversees budget, and builds analytics dashboards and AI reporting solutions. Based in DLF CYBERCITY 12B, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Manage product management team
Set strategy and direction for AI analytics
Develop and maintain analytics dashboards
Coordinate product lifecycle across teams
Handle budgetary management

8 years data analysis, reporting, automation
5-7 years DBMS experience
Advanced SAS programming
Expert SQL querying
Autosys or Control-M scheduling
Tableau dashboard development
Gen AI and prompting knowledge
Banking data domain expertise

Education

Bachelor's Degree
