About the role

Based in Ranastalam, Andhra Pradesh, India, on‑site work at the branch office.
What you’ll do
- Service branch customers and ensure audit‑compliant operations
- Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets
- Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors
- Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for new customers
- Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT
What you’ll bring
