Customer Relationship Officer – Kottayam We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to drive business sourcing and manage relationships across our lending channels in Kottayam. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, overseeing end‑to‑end loan disbursement processes, and ensuring compliance with documentation and credit approval standards. You will lead a sales team, motivate them to hit targets, and manage dealer onboarding and resource allocation. The ideal candidate brings 5‑10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, holds a graduate degree, and excels in process coordination, agreement execution, and team development.
