About the role
MSME Business – Customer Relationship team focuses on servicing branch customers and driving new‑to‑bank acquisition for CASA, TD and loans. The Officer will execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities, ensure accurate KYC/AOF processing, cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for new customers while managing an assigned portfolio. Kodungallur, Kerala, India, on‑site role.
What you’ll do
- Servicing branch customers and maintaining branch operation per audit compliance
- Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets
- Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors
- Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for new customers
- Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT
