About the role

Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team at Amazon focuses on optimizing transportation processes through data-driven quality initiatives. The Quality Associate performs manual audits, resolves address and geocode issues, investigates media, and supports stakeholders to meet SLA and productivity goals. Bengaluru, India, on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Perform manual audits and resolve outliers per SOPs
• Investigate images/videos and recommend actions
• Transcribe and address issues from customer calls and emails
• Identify audit patterns and suggest process improvements
• Provide timely stakeholder responses adhering to SLA
• Escalate problems to appropriate owners
• Maintain work records in trackers or workflow tools
• Meet business metrics including SLA, productivity, quality, utilization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience communicating with managers and associates at all levels
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• SQL experience
