About the role

Last Mile Analytics & Quality team at Amazon builds next‑generation delivery technology. The Quality Associate monitors live operational feeds, identifies deviations, and executes corrective actions while following SOPs and escalation protocols. Hyderabad, TS, IND office, on-site presence required, full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Continuously monitor live operational feeds and system dashboards
• Identify and respond to deviations within defined SLAs
• Maintain visual attention across multiple data streams during shifts
• Follow SOPs and escalation matrices with zero deviation
• Document operational events and outcomes using internal tools
• Coordinate with shift leads and cross‑functional stakeholders during live operations
• Communicate clearly during escalations, handoffs, and incident reporting

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Fluent in English (preferred)
• Experience with mission‑critical 24x7 operations (preferred)
• Experience with esports, live video content, or gaming communities (preferred)
