About the role

Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team at Amazon focuses on optimizing transportation processes and enhancing customer experience through data-driven quality initiatives. The Quality Associate conducts manual audits, resolves address and geocode issues, and supports drivers while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with a rotational 5‑day work week and two consecutive days off.

What you’ll do

• Follow SOPs to perform manual audits and resolve outliers
• Investigate images and videos to recommend actions
• Transcribe and analyze customer calls and emails
• Identify audit patterns and suggest process improvements
• Provide timely stakeholder responses per SOP and SLA
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain work records in trackers or workflow tools
• Meet business metrics including SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience communicating with managers and associates at all levels
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Office products
