The Quality Associate performs manual audits, resolves address and geocode issues, investigates media, and supports stakeholders while adhering to SOPs and SLA metrics. Hyderabad, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Perform manual audits and resolve outliers per SOPs
• Investigate images/videos and recommend actions
• Transcribe and address customer calls and emails
• Identify audit patterns and suggest process improvements
• Provide timely stakeholder responses per SLA
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain work records in trackers
• Meet productivity, quality, and utilization metrics

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field
• Experience in written and oral communication
• Fluent English communication
