What you’ll do
- Follow SOPs to perform manual audits and resolve exceptions
- Investigate images and videos to recommend actions
- Transcribe and analyze customer calls and emails
- Identify audit patterns and suggest process improvements
- Provide timely stakeholder responses per SLA
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain work records in trackers or workflow tools
- Meet productivity, quality, and utilization metrics
What you’ll bring
