About the role

State Street’s Private Markets product organization seeks a Product Operations Analyst to support the operational engine of its asset management platform. The role involves coordinating sprint planning, maintaining documentation, building analytics dashboards, and managing cross-functional dependencies between product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This position is based in Pune and operates on an On-site work model.

What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end operational cadence including sprint planning and release tracking
  • Own and maintain product documentation infrastructure and wikis
  • Build and maintain product analytics dashboards for KPIs and adoption metrics
  • Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure defect resolution prior to release
  • Manage cross-functional dependency logistics and action items
  • Assist in preparing executive-level product updates and roadmap presentations
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and market landscape assessments
  • Monitor product feedback logs and triage requests to appropriate PMs

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, CS, or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in product operations or business analysis
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Notion
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with private markets systems (e.g., Allvue, Juniper Square)
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, SQL, or Python
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
  • Prior experience in financial services or technology
